Steve brings over 40 years of experience in sales and leasing, with a strong customer-first mindset and a deep understanding of the market. Throughout his career, his businesses have focused on IT hardware and software, consistently delivering high-quality, practical solutions that exceed expectations.
He is passionate about developing Technology Leasing into an industry-standard lease provider, built on a simple principle: understand the needs of clients and resellers and respond with the right solutions, including a broader range of business finance such as VAT funding, working capital and acquisition finance, then deliver outstanding service every time.
Esther Teear
Operations Manager
Esther is our Operations Manger, she has worked in the technology leasing business for over 23 years, a loyal and stalwart member of the team. Her knowledge of the industry and understanding of our funding panel is second to none.
Whatever hurdles the market throws her way, Esther approaches every challenge with infectious positivity and an unwavering “can-do” attitude that keeps our team moving forward.
Rakhee Surti
Senior Relationship Manager
Rakhee is our Senior Relationship Manager, working closely with clients to help businesses find the right funding solutions for their needs.
Outside of work, Rakhee enjoys spending time with her two children and extended family. She loves cooking and having friends and family round for dinner, as well as going out for meals and finding new places to eat. When she gets the chance to relax, She enjoys watching TV series, although she can’t resist a bit of reality TV now and again or getting caught up in the latest EastEnders drama!
Colette Bradley
Commercial Director
Colette is our Commercial Director and works closely with our supplier partners, helping them use finance to support their customers and grow their businesses. She particularly enjoys finding solutions when things aren’t straightforward.
Outside of work, she loves holidays and finding new adventures with her family. She’s also a big fan of eating out partly because she loves good food and partly because she’ll happily admit she hates cooking!
Megan Myatt
Marketing Co-Ordinator,
Megan is our Marketing Co-Ordinator, working on our website, and socials to bring our clients and suppliers news and up to date information on Technology Leasing.
Outside of work, she loves to find new places to eat with her family and friends, enjoys the outdoors through hiking and travel and keeps active by playing rounders and netball.
